Less than 10% of Americans possess a biblical worldview and a solid understanding of primary Christian doctrine. Additionally, 43% of U.S. adults who identify as Christians seldom or never attend church, while 30% consider themselves unaffiliated with any particular church. Since 2000, approximately 40 million people have stopped attending church, with 17 million of them preferring streaming content over in-person attendance. The most prevalent reasons cited for leaving the church include leadership scandals, political polarization, and institutional dynamics. Despite being disillusioned with the institutional church, many Christians remain committed to their faith and continue to seek a personal relationship with God. TLB aims to serve as an outreach and resource for these church refugees, offering support for those navigating their spiritual journeys outside traditional church settings. Additionally, TLB aims to strengthen local churches with live teaching and Bible study resources for individuals and groups.
“Justin has a gift of teaching the Bible in a way that makes it easy to understand, but the passion that comes with that teaching is what sets him apart. Through his own life experience, Justin weaves God’s truth into everyday life and has a simple way to present the Word of God that makes it easy to follow and understand.” --- Todd F.
“I am very excited about TLB Ministries! Justin has an exceptional ability to teach in a way that is easy to follow and understand. I love how he weaves real life stories into his content, so that he keeps your attention and is never boring. Most important, Justin boldly teaches the truth directly from the Bible, instead of his opinion, which is hard to find these days. I am so thankful Justin is willing to devote his life to teaching God’s Word to help us think and live biblically.” --- Mary J.
“When you listen to Justin teach, his love of this ministry shines through. Listeners will be drawn in by his ability to take complex topics and make them understandable and even entertaining. If you’re not careful, you might even have some fun while learning to think and live biblically.” --- Harold S.
